The three steps
- Build and test: products, payments, shipping, test orders… use your shop as much as you like;
- go live for real: your shop is online, visible to your customers, with every feature. Still free;
- first order, first subscription: the subscription (€29.90 a month incl. VAT, or €319.90 a year incl. VAT) starts when you sell. It lets you process that order and all the following ones.
What happens with the first order?
The order is recorded in your back office. To move it forward (preparation, shipping), your subscription must be active: you take it out in a few clicks, it is paid by card through Stripe, and then you process the order like all the next ones. Nothing is locked before that: not your catalogue, your pages, your bookings or your quotes.
Why this choice?
Because a shop that is not selling yet should not cost you anything. You take your time over your photos, texts and prices with no meter running. The day a customer trusts you, the subscription is paid for by your sales.
And after that?
- no commission on your sales: only the Stripe or PayPal fees apply to payments;
- no commitment: cancel whenever you like, with no notice period;
- everything included: hosting in France, security, support, unlimited products, bookings, rentals and online quotes.
