The 123ventes subscription has no commitment: you can cancel it at any time, without notice.
How?
Write to contact@123ventes.com, giving the name of your shop.
What happens next
- End of the paid period: cancellation takes effect at the end of the month or year already paid; the current period is not refunded;
- closure: on that date, your shop is closed to the public;
- 30 days to change your mind: your data is kept for 30 days, then deleted; during this time you can ask for your shop to be reopened;
- your domain name, registered in your name, remains yours.
Before you leave
Download your invoices and your customers’ invoices: the shop cannot be exported to another platform.
