As soon as all the places of a session are taken, it is marked “full”. On the item’s page it stays on show but can no longer be chosen: your customer immediately sees the other dates that still have room.
Adding places
Can you make more room? In the item’s “Booking” tab, “Upcoming sessions” table, change the number of “Seats” for the session: it can be booked again straight away.
Adding a date
Your Saturday class is full three weeks ahead? Time to add a session on Sunday. Customers who did not find a place will see it on the same page.
A place that becomes free
If you cancel or refund an order, its places automatically go back to the session. An abandoned basket also frees its places after 30 minutes.
