In Orders › Schedule. The screen shows one week: one bookable item per row, one day per column.
- for a session: places taken out of places offered;
- for a rental: units rented each day;
- for appointments: slots booked;
- closed days are flagged.
Below the grid, the detailed list gives for each booking the period, item, quantity, order, customer and status. The “Previous week”, “This week” and “Next week” buttons let you move around.
Item by item
In each item’s “Booking” tab, you also find the “Upcoming sessions” (places booked and left, orders for each session) or, for a rental, the “Upcoming bookings” and occupancy for the next 14 days.
